New Life Missions

We strive to follow Christ's example by serving others. Our commitment extends to serving our community and supporting global initiatives through partnerships with other organizations. We aim to glorify God and be a blessing in Jesus' name by serving others, with the ultimate goal of making disciples for Christ.

Local Mission Projects

Supporting Foster Families

We partner with Foster Aid Ministry to share the love and joy of Jesus Christ by providing Christmas presents for local foster children in St. Clair County.
Supporting Single Mothers

We partner with Jefferson State Community College and Head Start to support single mothers in St. Clair County in furthering their education. We provide weekly lunches and host a graduation for the women and their families.
Sheriffs Boys’ Ranch

A team repairs, paints, and does other light construction work so the boys have a safe and supportive home environment.
Monthly Food Drive

On the first Sunday of each month, our congregation brings food items for those experiencing food insecurity. In addition, volunteers help with the Christian Love Pantry Food Giveaway for those in need.
Veterans Worship Service

Every third Sunday at 2:00, we lead a worship service at the Colonel Robert L. Howard Veterans Home in Pell City. The service includes music, a Bible lesson, and worship.
Sowing Seeds

A team distributes small wooden crosses throughout our community. Each cross includes scripture and an invitation to our church.
Ramp Building

A team builds ramps for those in our community with mobility issues.
Helping Hands

After each time change, volunteers assist others who need help changing clocks, batteries in smoke detectors, and light bulbs.
Gideons

We partner with the Gideons in distributing Bibles throughout St. Clair and Talladega Counties.
Thanksgiving Dinner for Inmates

We provide turkeys for St. Clair County inmates for Thanksgiving Dinner.
Community Events

At local community events, New Life facilitates children’s activities and passes out information about New Life Church.
Financially support the following local ministries:

Duran Middle School Nurse (health supplies), Dovetail Landing (veterans), St. Clair Sheriff’s Boys Ranch, and Christian Love Pantry.

Regional Mission Projects

Disaster Relief

New Life financially supports disaster relief (tornados, floods, wildfires, and other catastrophic events) through Samaritans Purse. We sent a team to volunteer in Boone, North Carolina.
Appalachia Service Project (ASP)

We partner with ASP, which is a relational ministry that addresses substandard housing through construction projects. They bring volunteers and communities together in the heart of Central Appalachia strengthening faith, deepening relationships, and spreading hope while making homes warmer, safer, and drier.

Global Mission Projects

Building Solar Cubes

We partner with Designs for Hope (designsforhope.org) to build solar cubes for pastors in remote areas of the world where electricity is scarce. Offering lights and cell phone charging stations enables pastors to spend time with those they are trying to reach and to share the light of Jesus in their communities.
We financially support the following global ministries:

Hunger House International
This organization offers nutritious meals, tutoring, Christmas gifts, and teachings about Jesus to children in Juarez, Mexico.
Designs for Hope
This ministry focuses on repairing water wells and training pastors in remote areas around the world.
Missionary Support
We support missionaries working in Indonesia & Japan.
Servants in Faith and Technology
This organization aims to empower communities through technology and faith-based initiatives.
